Responsibilities
* Be the face of H. Samuel, reflecting our brand, culture and customers.
* Assist customers with outstanding service and create memorable experiences.
* Develop product knowledge and jewellery expertise to handle various customer inquiries.
* Support store performance and help meet sales targets.
* Embrace a fashion-conscious, business-casual dress code and celebrate individual style.
Your background / Qualifications
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
* Interest in jewellery products and brands; jewellery experience is not required.
* Positive, can-do attitude with natural ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
