The Opportunity
We’re seeking a driven and relationship‑focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Home Improvement retail accounts. This role offers the chance to build meaningful partnerships, influence performance, and drive business growth, working directly with stakeholders from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of retailer accounts
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors
* Deliver training on finance products and processes
* Provide remote support across finance facilities
* Ensure a consistently high standard of account management
What We’re Looking For
* Organised, proactive, and self‑motivated
* Proven account management experience (POS finance experience is advantageous)
* Confidence in working remotely with clients
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
