The firm prides itself on offering a professional yet approachable environment where staff feel valued and supported.The Role:As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team. Duties will include:
Handling initial conveyancing quotes and opening new filesLiaising with Clients and other Solicitors involved in the transactionPreparing client care letters and legal documentsProviding secretarial and administrative support across the conveyancing department
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and values quality service over high-volume caseloads.About You:To be considered for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary job in Walsall, you should ideally have:
A minimum of 12 months’ experience in conveyancing supportStrong administrative, organisational and communication skillsGood IT and case management system knowledgeExperience in a new business department (desirable but not essential)
