Role Description:
A digital identity verification Business Analyst needs a mix of technical and soft skills to effectively analyze, implement, and optimize digital identity verification processes. They should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with knowledge of relevant technologies and security concepts.
Technical Skills:
* Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making.
* Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.
* Identity and Access Management (IAM) Concepts: Understanding of directory services, identity lifecycle management, and privilege management.
* Familiarity with technologies like REST, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
* Knowledge of automation tools and concepts for streamlining verification processes.
* Ability to create clear and effective visualizations to communicate data insights.
Soft Skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, documenting processes, and presenting findings.
* Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
* Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders.
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technologies and business needs.
