Working with high customer service skills you will meet and greet patients, answer the phone, do admin such as emails and messages.
The second part of the role is working within our Care Allocation Team* arranging appointments once patients have been triaged by the GP's.

Main duties of the job
The post-holders main responsibility will be to act as a first point of contact for patients and visitors to the practice both face to face and via the telephone, applying both national and local policies and procedures and assisting with the review of these in order to ensure that we work efficiently and effectively at all times. Also working in the CAT team booking appoinments and allocating admin and any other tasks that the Duty Doctor requires
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist patients and carers through our care navigation system to the relevant resource ie Pharmacy, Physio, Nurse or GP
* Following Practice protocol complete an array of administrative tasks including Email, Liaising with third parties, Safeguarding documentation, Scanning, prescription processing and lots more!
