KPI Recruiting are expanding our dynamic Commercial Division and we're looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join us at our Wigan office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced team where no two days are the same. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or a trainee eager to learn, if you've got the personality and work ethic – we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the key link between clients and candidates
* Using sales, marketing, and business development to win new clients
* Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Writing and posting job adverts on various platforms and social media
* Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
* Matching candidate skills to client job requirements
* Organising interviews and managing feedback throughout the process
* Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and opportunities
* Negotiating rates, salaries, and final offers between candidates and clients
* Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met at all times
* Working towards (and smashing!) individual and team targets
* Collaborating with your team to share best practices and ideas
* Supporting invoicing, rate calculations, and reporting
What We're Looking For:
We don't need you to come from recruitment – we're all about the right attitude.
If you're confident, motivated, and excited about sales and people, we'll teach you the rest.
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is desirable
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
* Confidence to make phone calls and meet clients face-to-face
* Highly organised and able to juggle priorities
* Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working to KPIs
* A team player who's also self-motivated and proactive
* Sense of humour and a love for working with people!
