Practice Development Facilitator (Social Care Manager)
Location: Thistle Foundation, 13 Queens Walk, Edinburgh, EH16 4EA
Salary: £38,064 Per Annum (FTE) plus generous benefits package.

Hours: 39 hrs per week

Responsibilities
* Provide training and support for teams to learn how to use the tools, processes, and procedures required to do their job including support planning, quality improvement, activity planning, and recruitment.
* Model work practices consistent with a common set of person‑centred behaviours and work with teams to develop and embed effective person‑centred support practices.
* Alongside a team coach support teams to work autonomously and make decisions within a clear framework of accountability.
* Be skilled in question‑driven coaching approaches, designing person‑centred support strategies and have experience of supporting teams to build capacity to work autonomously.
* The work you do to support teams will result in the people we support achieving the things that matter most to them in their lives.
