Job Overview
As a Social Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering standout social media campaigns for leading entertainment clients across film, TV, streaming, and experiential activations. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients, internal creative teams, and on-the-ground event teams, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and executed flawlessly across all social platforms.
You’ll oversee day-to-day client relationships, manage timelines and approvals, and guide the creation of engaging, on-brand content that drives audience engagement and buzz. A deep understanding of pop culture, influencer trends, and audience behaviour across social platforms is key, as well as confidence in client communication and campaign reporting.
This is a hands-on role that often requires attendance at press junkets, premieres, screenings, and live events to capture behind-the-scenes content, liaise with talent and influencers, and ensure client objectives are met in real time. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys being on-site where the action happens, and can confidently represent both the agency and the client.
