FINANCE ASSISTANT SHEFFIELD IMMEDIATE START
Due to internal restructure, our client is now looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team in Sheffield.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Providing general administrative support to the office and Finance teams.
2. Assisting in the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information for efficient operations.
4. Supporting payroll preparation.
5. Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies in handling all HR and finance documentation.
6. Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
7. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth administrative processes across the business.
8. Undertaking additional duties as requested by key stakeholders in the business.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven administration experience in an office environment.
2. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
3. Robust organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. A keen willingness to develop professionally and embrace new challenges.
5. Clear written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
7. A friendly attitude and ability to work well with clients and team members.
