We are currently recruiting for a Planning and Procurement Administrator to join a Welsh success story in what is a newly created role at their state of the art manufacturing facility in Tonyrefail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company on the cusp of significant growth as demand for their products continues to grow significantly.
As Planning and Procurement Administrator you will:
Use your administrative skills to full advantage when providing support to the planning and procurement functions of the business.
Manage documents, process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate records.
Act as a point of contact for suppliers, communicate lead times, resolve queries, and facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams
Assisting with stock checks, monitoring inventory levels, and ensure adequate supply of materials to meet production needs.
Maintain accurate data in procurement and planning systems and generate reports on procurement activity
Provide general administrative support to the procurement and planning function whilst ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulationsIn essence, you will be the vital link in the supply chain, ensuring the efficient and effective management of resources and information within the company.
