Job Description Organon is recruiting a Process Scientist/Engineer to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This role involves Technical Operations activities, including technical transfers, new equipment, supplier item qualification, cleaning, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will provide technical support to ensure projects impacting Technical Operations are delivered safely, compliantly, and within timelines and budget. Role Responsibilities: Provide technical support for manufacturing processes, including technical transfers, specification, testing, qualification, and operation of new equipment. Support investigations and follow up on issues from manufacturing, packaging, or laboratory deviations, identifying causes and proposing actions to minimise rework and improve processes. Assist with process and cleaning validation activities, including preparing validation protocols and supporting in-process validation sampling. Participate in cross-functional team activities related to specialist topics. Ensure site compliance with policies, procedures, guidelines, and SOPs, and contribute to their development. Provide technical support for Quality Systems and Compliance Initiatives, considering Quality Risk Management principles. Support Operational Excellence activities, including continuous improvement and system robustness using appropriate LSS tools. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in a process support environment, and/or a degree in Science or Engineering. Positive approach to teamwork and continuous improvement. Effective communication, influence, and collaboration skills in both individual and cross-functional environments. Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise and meet project deadlines. Ability to anticipate potential issues and escalate effectively. Logical, analytical problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset, understanding customer needs, gathering feedback, and striving to deliver solutions. Proven IT skills.
