Purpose of the Group Accountant - Housing Revenue Account (HRA): To act as the lead financial advisor on Housing Revenue Account (HRA) issues in compliance with relevant legislation and accounting standards (both revenue and capital). To ensure that the Authority's housing stock is maintained in a financially sustainable manner.
