A Site HSE Advisor is required to support on a large Energy Transition project based in Teesside.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working for an IMCA contractor and have a strong knowledge of offshore/ onshore related projects
As Site HSE Advisor you will report to the Field HSE manager. You will provide support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of ourNEP / NZT carbon capture projects
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
* As the Site HSE Advisor, you will be driving HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training
* Conducting inspections, monitoring subcontractors, and ensuring equipment compliance
* As the Site HSE Advisor, you will be managing risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis, and safe work practices
* Overseeing Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls
* Reporting HSE performance, tracking KPIs, and supporting investigations
* As the Site HSE Advisor, you will be promoting environmental compliance and sustainability on site
What are we looking for?
Education: Qualification in HSE or engineering related field, Nebosh diploma
Experience: Several years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry and onshore projects with activities inconstruction design regulation management and survey/investigation
