Morson Edge are working with a well known contractor who are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their Ground Investigation/Infrastructure division.Role - Quantity SurveyorLocation(s) - Basingstoke/MaidstoneSalary - £50k + car allowance and other benefitsProject Values - from £500k to £2.5millionQuantity Surveyor for the Southern Region of the business. To assist the Operations team in managing and overseeing all commercial matters on projects from tender handover, through delivery to completion. To provide Commercial input and advice to Project Manager (PM)'s and Engineers as necessary while managing the region's commercial performance.Qualifications
* Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
* Membership of the RICS, CIOB, or ICES or at least working towards full membership

* Ability to be precise and meticulous in ensuring processes are carried out correctly and in a timely manner.

Essential
* Min 3 years QS experience
* Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
Desirable
* Knowledge of the construction industry and ground investigations
* NEC3/4 Proficient
