Vertu Toyota Ayr We are currently recruiting for a part-time Showroom Host to join our friendly and professional team at Vertu Toyota Ayr. This is a key front‑of‑house role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every visitor receives a warm welcome and an outstanding experience from the moment they arrive. About the Role As a Showroom Host, you’ll play an important role in setting the tone for the dealership. You’ll ensure customers feel welcomed, comfortable and looked after, while supporting the wider sales and management teams with day‑to‑day showroom activity. This is a part-time position, working Monday to Thursday, 8am to 6pm and we are offering £12.71 per hour as well as fantastic company benefits. Key Responsibilities Welcoming customers into the showroom in a friendly and professional manner Ensuring customers are promptly attended to and directed to the appropriate team member Maintaining a clean, tidy and well‑presented showroom environment at all times Offering refreshments and ensuring customers feel comfortable while they wait Supporting the sales and management teams with general showroom duties Managing customer flow within the showroom during busy periods Upholding Vertu Motors’ high standards of customer care and professionalism About You Previous customer‑facing experience is desirable but not essential Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with a wide range of people Well‑presented with a professional manner Strong attention to detail and pride in giving excellent service Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment Full training will be provided, so if you have the right attitude and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
