The Transfer Operations Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of internal control frameworks, overseeing transfer agency operations, and mitigating operational risk. This role supports the design and implementation of control solutions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
1. Supports the alignment and implementation of internal controls.
2. Supports daily control management and oversight tasks and documents risk issues.
3. Facilitates periodic assessments of key business controls and oversight. Educates and influences business partners on control design and effectiveness, and recommends actions to increase effectiveness of those controls.
4. Maintains awareness of regulatory risk and control topics. Seeks to understand broad industry and Vanguard trends regarding risk and control.
5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Relevant related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the Manchester office Tuesday-Thursday.
