Job Description:
The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Construction Department at Slough & Langley College on a Term-Time Only basis starting in September 2025.
This role requires you to work 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (16:30 on Fridays), for 37 term-time weeks per year.
The responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant – Construction include enabling students to access the curriculum fully, supporting them to achieve their learning goals, and working under the supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and lecturers to assist with teaching and learning activities.
This may involve supporting whole classes, working with individuals and small groups, assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities, and collaborating with pastoral and welfare staff to support students in overcoming learning, physical, or emotional barriers.
