Are you passionate about education and confident in delivering engaging, practical, and well-paced sessions? Prospero Teaching are seeking dedicated Tutors and Subject Specialists to support learners who require alternative provision in Burgess Hill.
As a Tutor, you will:
1. Support young people who need between 2-15 hours of tuition per week.
2. Support learners with SEMH needs
3. Work with multiple learners, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time hours.
4. Deliver tailored sessions for learners from EYFS, Primary, Secondary, and Post-16.
Subjects Needed
5. Core subjects: Maths, English, Science
6. Other subject specialisms are also welcome (though roles may be less frequent).

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
16. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young people Experience of working with learners with SEMH needs
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
17. Hold right to work in the UK
18. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
19. Provide references upon request
20. Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
