They are looking to onboard a project manager for an ongoing infrastructure and civils scheme being delivered in the heart of Essex. My client operate across multiple sectors including infrastructure, industrial/ commercial and civils.
Project manager responsibilities:
* Site meetings.
* Progress meetings.
* Quality meetings.
* Commercial meetings.
* Coordinating works with site engineers.
* Organising Material compliance and testing.
* Document control/RAMS/ITP Control/MMP control.
* Variations and control.
* Resource and labour management.
* RFI requests.
Project manager requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
* CSCS card - White/ Gold/ Black.
* SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Proven experience in a project managers role.
* Experience with highways, earthworks and civils.
* IT literate.
* Full UK driving licence.
