What you'll do Set up and maintain new case alerts and track progress on ongoing cases. Uphold the standards of professionalism and high-quality work expected of firm employees. Stay updated on relevant research tools for the role and contribute to their evaluation. Assist Analysts with research requests from clients and staff. Support the Lead with special projects as needed. Respond quickly to document retrieval requests, including but not limited to newly filed complaints, case law, articles, dockets, and litigation documents. What you'll need Previous experience within a legal firm is required 2 years of legal research experience preferred Bachelors degree Possesses excellent information management and written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience using request management systems, government websites, and research platforms Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel What you'll get An opportunity to start and grow in a supportive and collaborative team.
