Higher Level Primary Teaching Assistant – HLTA – The Role:
* Support students learning
* Involves classroom and home support
* Work 1:1 with students focusing on academic progress
* Contribute to a cohesive school support team
* Car and driving licence is required
Higher Level Primary Teaching Assistant - HLTA– Qualifications required:
* Level 3 TA or degree level of education
* Education / childcare experience
* Previous SEN / ASC experience is desirable
* Calm, compassionate and proactive manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
