Our mission is to drive shopper loyalty, monetize data, and diversify revenue streams through engaging, reward-based campaigns. How You’ll Make an Impact Produce print-ready artwork for a wide range of packaging formats (e.g., gift boxes, labels, swing tags,sleeves, polybags etc.). Produce print-ready artwork for multilingual instruction manuals for a variety of SKUs. Ensure artwork adheres to brand guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., barcodes, recycling icons, translation. Work closely with the Senior Artworker, designers, packaging engineers, to adapt designs across SKUs and product variants. Retouch of high-quality images for print-ready output. Handling quick pack mockup & artwork for easier check & dimensions Be a reference member for colour control output Creation of icons that translate the product features clearly and appealingly. Perform Quality checks and ensure files meet technical specifications (bleeds, colour profiles, die-cuts,etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues or artwork discrepancies. Maintain and organise master artwork files, ensuring version control and efficient file management. Stay updated on printing processes and material considerations. Keep timesheets updated and detailed. The methodology that you will achieve Accuracy First: Ensure every artwork file meets technical and brand standards before release. Prioritise precision in layouts, typography, and compliance. Version Control: Maintain structured and clearly labelled files, with rigorous attention to revisions, naming conventions, and archive systems. Process-Driven: Follow structured QA procedures and checklists at every stage of the artwork process—from briefing to delivery — to reduce errors and rework. Agile & Responsive: Adapt quickly to changes in project scope or timing while maintaining quality, especially across multiple packaging variants or localisation needs. Communication: Handle any channel in the best way to ensure quick & smooth communication (a call is faster than an email or a message) What You Bring 2–5 years of experience as an Artworker, preferably in packaging Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of die cuts and 2D-to-3D packaging visualization Familiarity with print production and packaging materials Excellent attention to detail, layout precision, and time management Fluency in English; knowledge of AI tools and other languages is a plus Thrive at TCC Global Join a purpose-driven team in a collaborative, international setting.
