We're looking for a kind, confident, and reliable female Support Worker to work with G, a fun gentleman with a kind heart who is new to the Wellington area. G lives with his much-loved cat, N, who he calls his emotional support animal. He would like support from someone who understands the importance of companionship, routine, and creating a calm, positive environment for both him and N.

What the role involves

* Prompting morning medication
* Offering active support to keep his home clean, comfortable, and welcoming
* Supporting G to attend important activities in the Chard area (a driving licence is essential)
* Encouraging healthier eating and engagement in outdoor activities
* Being flexible around G's routine – support times may vary due to health appointments or later starts to the day
Hours and flexibility
* Part-time (11:00 – 15:00 Monday-Thursday) Job share considered.
* Potential for hours to increase as the relationship builds and G's needs develop
