Class 1 (Cat C + E) Single Drop – Hovis Avonmouth (BS11)
Shift: Rotating shift pattern – Days and Nights
Hours: Average 12 hours per shift
The Role
We’re recruiting Class 1 (Cat C+E) drivers to carry out trunking and primary distribution deliveries.
You’ll be delivering bakery products between depots and to third-party customer sites. This is mainly trunking / RDC work with some minimal manual handling.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Driving a Class 1 vehicle on planned routes
* Trunking between depots and customer sites
* Completing vehicle checks and paperwork
* Operating in line with drivers’ hours and tachograph rules
* Working safely at all times
What You Need
* Full UK Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence
* Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
* No more than 6 points (no DD/DR)
* HGV Class 1 experience preferred
* Reliable and professional
