Food and Beverage Manager £37,500 basic £40,000 OTE + Family Fitness Membership worth £4000.

Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team including the head chef and a brigade of 6 full and part time chefs, a bar supervisor and front of house staff.
* Manage gross profit and labour targets, ensure accurate ordering and stock management to meet fluctuating demand.
* Deliver an exceptional member experience and 5* standards, measured by NPS, member feedback, mystery shops and employee engagement scores.
* Be highly visible within the club, supporting all areas of operation and being accessible to members and events throughout the year.
* Coordinate catering for a wide variety of events and parties; oversee the outdoor catering area during peak summer months.
* Work as a duty manager on two shifts with responsibility for the whole club.
* Typical shifts: three middle shifts (10:00–18:00) and one early and one late shift; four weekend days per month.
Qualifications
* Proven track record as a GM, AGM or F&B Manager in a high-footfall branded hospitality operation.
* Inspirational leader and coach with the presence to lead the team and deliver a member-focused experience.
* Ability to monitor performance metrics such as NPS and respond to feedback; highly visible leadership.
* Desirable: interest in fitness and sport; not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
* Basic salary up to £37,500 with potential bonuses of £880 payable every 4 months.
* Family membership for you and one child under 18 worth ~£4,000 per annum.
