Job Title: Principal WTG Engineer – Offshore Wind

About the Role
We are looking for a Principal Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Engineer to join a leading offshore wind project team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to floating and fixed offshore wind projects, operating across FEED, EPC, and pre-FEED phases.
The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise in turbine design, strong experience with industry-standard simulation tools, and the ability to work independently on complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead WTG design activities for floating and fixed offshore wind projects
* Perform structural and dynamic analyses using Orcaflex and Bladed
* Support FEED, EPC, and pre-FEED stages
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering solutions
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Required Experience & Skills
* 10–15 years of experience in offshore wind engineering
* Floating offshore wind experience is essential; fixed-only experience is insufficient
* Proficiency with Orcaflex and Bladed
* Strong understanding of turbine aerodynamics, structural dynamics, and aeroelasticity
* Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, or related Engineering
* Experience with FEED, EPC, and pre-FEED project phases
