The HR Business Partner partners with management and key stakeholders, supporting the business in achieving the company strategy and objectives while driving employee engagement through a superior employee experience.
The role allows flexible working but requires onsite presence 3 days a week across Beckington and Bristol sites. Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide a wide‑ranging, full employee life‑cycle HR Business Partnering service to management and employees, ensuring all managers have the tools and capability to professionally manage and develop themselves and their people.
* Use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders, leveraging data and metrics to identify potential issues and support decision‑making that drives employee engagement.
* Work with line managers and their cohort to create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet commercial objectives.
* Support and act as cover for the Payroll and Benefits Officer, learning the payroll methodology and working together on benefit‑related projects to guide the business toward the most impactful benefits offering for colleagues.
Skills and Experience
* Relevant degree and/or CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* Experienced HR generalist with business partnering experience or a keen desire to develop into a business‑partnering model.
* Proven background in adding value and improving operational efficiencies.
* Excellent listening, verbal, numerical and written communication ability.
* Strong relationship‑management skills at managerial and key stakeholder level.
* Effective coaching and mentoring skills.
* Experience of working in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
