SOMA Reformer Wellness Club is a brand-new, boutique Pilates studio in Haywards Heath, dedicated to delivering high-quality Reformer classes in a welcoming, supportive and empowering environment. This role is an employed role which is a great opportunity to not only make it with a career in pilates but also to grow and promote without having to work at several studios or part time jobs.
We're passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, understood and empowered on their wellness journey—and we're looking for like-minded instructors to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
* Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes tailored to varying levels and goals
* Create a positive and motivating environment where every client feels successful
* Educate clients on proper technique, offering regressions, progressions and hands-on adjustments when needed
* Ensure a clean, safe and organised studio space
* Carry out light admin duties including check-ins, class sign-ups, and sales processing
* Represent and support the growth of SOMA through community engagement, social media, and promotion
* Stay informed on industry trends and continuously improve your teaching practices
Who You Are
* Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (recognised qualification required)
* At least 1 year of teaching experience (preferred, not essential)
* Warm, engaging, and confident in building client relationships
* Excellent knowledge of anatomy and injury prevention
* Professional, dependable, and adaptable with strong communication skills
* Passionate about Pilates, health, and helping others achieve their goals
* Comfortable working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* First aid trained, DBS and fully insured
