Link3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected Multi-Academy Trust and several mainstream primary schools to recruit passionate and dedicated Early Years Teachers (EYFS).
This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic practitioners who are committed to high-quality early years education and are driven to make a meaningful difference in children’s lives at the very start of their learning journey.
The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging, child-centred learning experiences aligned with the EYFS Statutory Framework. You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS Framework
* Demonstrate a secure understanding of early childhood development
* Deliver effective phonics teaching in line with the school’s chosen phonics scheme
* Observe, assess, and track pupil progress to inform next steps
* Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, both indoors and outdoors
* Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
* Work collaboratively across EYFS teams and the wider school community
* Promote children’s well-being, independence, and personal development
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* A strong and up-to-date understanding of the EYFS Framework
* Experience and confidence in delivering systematic phonics
* A genuine passion for education and making a positive impact
* High expectations for all learners
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to working across different school settings
