JOB TITLE: Outbound Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Recommend, issue, and track purchase orders for components, filling & finished goods
* Maintain full visibility of purchase orders and track through to delivery
* Own supplier relationships, acting as the point of contact and conducting weekly open orders calls
* Conduct monthly inventory reconciliations on components at supplier locations
* Analyse and report on excess, obsolete, and discontinued items
* Collaborate with Logistics to ensure timely inbound delivery of purchase orders
* Develop logistics requirements with suppliers
* Coordinate with Demand Planning and warehouse management team to ensure proper stock allocation
* Drive lead-time improvement and agility projects
* Create and revise part numbers and bills of materials as needed
* Generate reports and tools for visibility on inventory locations
* Assist in price reviews and negotiations
* Communicate and escalate risks to cross-functional teams
* Prepare reports for Senior Management
Qualifications:
* Minimum of two years of experience in FMCG Outbound Operations management
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent analysis abilities
* Thrives under pressure and welcomes challenges
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Resilient and self-motivated
* Previous experience in the retail sector is a must, with Beauty industry experience preferred
