Groundworks & Civil Engineering Projects
A leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. With a strong pipeline of residential, infrastructure, and civil engineering projects across the region, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high-volume and technically challenging schemes.
The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Managing cost control across multiple groundworks and civil engineering projects
Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts
Subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management
Reviewing tender documentation and supporting xxuwjjq pricing and contract administration
Monitoring project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
Liaising with site teams, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
