The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with experience in Landlord & Tenant matters to join this thriving Real Estate team. You’ll manage a broad portfolio of commercial property work, with a particular focus on:
* Lease renewals and lease management
* Rent reviews, re-gears and relocations
* Property acquisitions and disposals
* Strategic lease structuring and negotiation
* Property refinancing and investment work
* Supporting business acquisitions, disposals and restructures
You’ll work closely with senior Real Estate Partners and be supported by a team of Legal Directors, Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong commercial awareness and is looking to contribute to the growth of a dynamic practice.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years post-qualified experience (PQE) in commercial property law
* Strong expertise in landlord and tenant transactions
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
* A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach
* An existing client following is welcome but not essential
