ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a chance to step into a high-impact lead role where you’ll guide how marketing spend is optimised, campaigns are tested, and performance is measured. As the central expert in marketing analytics, you’ll be driving insights that directly shape the studio’s marketing strategy.
You will:
* Lead and mentor a small analytics team, ensuring insights drive smarter marketing decisions.
* Own full-funnel, cross-platform player analysis using tools like GA, attribution platforms, and CDPs.
* Improve campaign measurement with attribution, incrementality, and media mix modelling.
* Partner with Data Science on prediction models (LTV, churn) to power lifecycle marketing.
* Build and refine marketing forecast models to inform budget and performance planning.
* Apply statistical analysis to test design and optimise outcomes.
* Deliver transparent, actionable reporting that influences marketing and executive stakeholders.
* Champion best practices and foster a data-driven culture across the business.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Strong track record in marketing analytics across multiple channels (digital ads, CRM, lifecycle).
* Hands-on experience with attribution, forecasting, and statistical modelling.
* Experience in tools such as SQL, Python, R and data vis tools.
* Solid background with tools such as Google Analytics, CDPs, and more.
* Commercially sharp, able to translate analysis into actionable strategy.
* Proven leadership skills – mentoring analysts and influencing senior stakeholders.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across marketing, data science, and engineering.
