Job Title - Research & Marketing Manager

Experience Level - Recent graduates or professionals with up to several years of experience

Start Date - Winter 2025/2026

Location - Mayfair, London and West Midlands

Contract Type - Full-time, on-site

4. About the Role


We are seeking a proactive and analytical Research & Marketing Manager to drive the market research and marketing strategy for various SAV Group assets, including our retail portfolio and luxury student accommodation platform.


We welcome candidates across a broad spectrum of experience—from ambitious graduates to accomplished professionals.

5. Key Responsibilities


Market Research & Strategy

* Collaborate with the team to collect, validate, and analyse data, including footfall, sales figures, tenant performance metrics, customer demographics, and market intelligence
* Research, analyse, and position the assets’ brands to attract and retain the target audience
* Support the team in identifying opportunities to increase footfall, dwell time, and customer spending
* Evaluate marketing, leasing, and customer experience strategies of comparable assets
* Develop a tenant mix strategy based on performance data and market demand
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants through proactive outreach, networking, and research


Marketing

* Develop and manage digital content strategies across all social media platforms
* Deliver marketing campaigns that connect with occupiers, customers, and stakeholders
* Lead placemaking initiatives to transform public spaces and revitalise vacant units
* Identify, explore, and implement commercial partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
* Engage directly with prospective occupiers to promote both short-term and long-term opportunities
* Create and provide marketing presentation materials to support leasing strategies
* Manage relationships with third-party commercial leasing agents


PR, Events & Community Engagement

* Coordinate and manage all public relations and community engagement, serving as the first point of contact for media and community enquiries
* Plan and deliver a year-round programme of high-impact events and conferences
* Directly engage with tenants to collect feedback, identify their needs, preferences, and suggestions, and maintain an ongoing dialogue
* Maximise the customer experience across all touchpoints
* Implement and manage an effective customer feedback system


6. Qualifications & Skills


Qualifications

* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD from a top-tier, internationally recognised institution in marketing, communications, business, humanities, social sciences, or other related fields.
* We will consider a wide range of educational backgrounds (e.g., history, literature, STEM, MBA, psychology, philosophy, or other relevant disciplines)


Knowledge & Skills

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills in reviewing data, establishing benchmarks, and KPIs
* High attention to detail with strong executional ability
* Proficiency in creating and designing presentations in PowerPoint
* A strong work ethic and a collaborative mindset are essential
