We are looking for a driven, high-performing Lettings Branch Manager to take the reins of our flagship Felicity J Lord Islington office — right in the heart of one of London’s most dynamic rental markets.

How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Islington:
20. Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
21. Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
22. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
23. Encourage your teams development and progression
24. Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
25. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
26. Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
27. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
28. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Essential Skills of a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents:
29. Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
30. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
31. Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
32. Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities and each other
33. The ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch
34. The ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
35. A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
36. Ability to manage time sensitive and high volume workloads
37. A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
38. Ability to work under own initiative
39. Good telephone manner
40. Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
