Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver a high-performing, proactive, and compliant engineering function.
* Manage all aspects of site engineering, including building services, utilities, plant maintenance, and equipment reliability.
* Drive the planning and delivery of capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with cGMP, HSE, and other regulatory requirements across all engineering activities.
* Manage engineering budgets, contracts, and relationships with external contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
* A Degree-level qualification or equivalent or relevant experience in Engineering or a closely related discipline
* Experience in managing large scale projects
* Significant leadership experience in an engineering role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale capital projects, technical compliance, and multi-disciplinary teams.
