We are recruiting for a Community of Practice Manager - (Integration) to lead a team of 15 MuleSoft engineers. This role is about more than people management; it’s a leadership opportunity to shape how integration drives change across our organisation.

As part of our Change Function within a respected UK mutual financial services organisation, you’ll foster a strong engineering culture, enhance capabilities, and embed modern integration practices to enable customer-centric change.

What you’ll do:

* Lead, coach, and develop MuleSoft engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and wellbeing.
* Define and drive the vision and strategy for your Community of Practice, fostering empowerment, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
* Implement best practices, tools, and frameworks for efficient delivery of integration solutions.
* Collaborate with agile leaders, product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to align capabilities with business needs.
* Stay engaged with the work, supporting or delivering value to keep your practice relevant and evolving.
* Manage training plans to prepare your community for current and future challenges.

What you’ll bring:

* Experience leading engineering teams or practices, preferably in agile change or transformation settings.
* Expertise in MuleSoft or similar integration platforms, with recognized certifications.
* Strong coaching, capability development, and community-building skills.
* Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate across the organisation.
* A passion for high standards, innovative working methods, and continuous learning.
* Understanding of the DORA metrics for software delivery performance.

This is your chance to make a lasting impact—develop others, shape integration capabilities, and contribute to a purpose-led organisation that prioritizes people.

“We are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated and colleagues feel a sense of belonging.” – Daniel Priest, Inclusion Manager. Learn more about working here: Careers (principality.co.uk)
