About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and effectiveness of our brand across digital channels, internal resources, and consultant‑led activity. This is a design‑led role, with responsibilities that span visual content creation, website administration, document design, and general marketing support.
You’ll work closely with consultants, the marketing team, and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality visual assets, maintain our design standards, and keep our digital presence running smoothly. A key part of this role includes working alongside our external website support team, and ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and visually aligned with our brand.
About You
You’re a creative problem‑solver with a passion for design and an eye for detail. You enjoy creating visuals that communicate clearly, look great, and stay on brand. You’re also organised, comfortable with digital tools, and capable of juggling multiple tasks without losing accuracy.

* Are confident updating and maintaining website content.
* Are highly organised and enjoy supporting teams with processes and workflow tools.

* Can independently manage deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.
* Have some experience in marketing, design, or digital operations (agency or in‑house).
