WTW Networks is an integral part of the WTW Group in the UK, providing the distribution route for WTW Group in the SME and Mid Market sectors. This partnership between WTW and the Independent Brokers in our Network creates significant synergies and opportunities for all parties, including our panel of Insurer Partners, with whom we work very closely. At WTW Networks, we support our Network Member Brokers on all aspects of running a successful brokerage - from staff training and development, to sales and marketing, from technical and claims issues to placement support and solutions, from starting a new venture to succession planning and sale. Delivering value to our Insurer Partners is equally important for the success of our Network, and we work hard to provide support in terms of Network Member Broker engagement, insight, and opportunity.
The Role
* An important new role has been created within WTW Networks, offering a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our Network Member Brokers and our Partner Insurers.
* Reporting to our Commercial Director, you will become an integral part of our close-knit team, working closely with relationship managers to develop a comprehensive understanding and strong working relationships with our Network Member Brokers and Partner Insurers.
* You will harness the power of our MI database to identify individual broker and cross-broker opportunities, match them to our Partner Insurer's appetite, secure buy-in from all parties, and manage placements through to successful conclusion.
* This role offers opportunities to evolve and shape your responsibilities, liaising closely with the Broking Team from the wider WTW Group, gaining additional market knowledge and resources. You will also have access to WTW facilities to innovate and create additional services for our Network Member Brokers where needs are identified.
* While based remotely, you will have numerous face-to-face meetings with colleagues, Network Member Brokers, and Insurer Partners, making this a highly rewarding role.
