THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Duty Manager to join our vibrant team. At Green Hotel a Member of Radisson Individuals, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Duty Manager you bring a heightened sense of responsibility, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a dedication to ensuring a seamless and secure guest experience to our dynamic property.
You will be the face, eyes and ears of the property
You will manage our the day to day operation and lead by example, ensuring all aspects of the guest journey and experience are anticipated and delivered to the highest level
You will exude patience, empathy and have the personality to host the late show, whilst managing performance and productivity
This role will require you to support the front office team, housekeeping, restaurants and bars and ensure the guests are happy at all times.
You will report directly into the General Manager and support the Heads of Department in training, complaint handling and moving the property forward
You will challenge service and standards by reviewing what we do and how we do it
Answering guest requests and team requests
The role is based on 4 on 4 off shift pattern on a 12 hour shift (10am -10pm)
YOU We are looking for people who are friendly and approachable, organised and focused on tasks. Busy days dont faze you and when its quite you know what needs to be completed. Written English and spoken English is required to a high level for this role.
You have worked in hotels or restaurants before and have used Opera or other PMS systems
