Shift and Schedule
Home based, working 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Saturday) 8am‑8pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays. 1 day of overtime per month = £3,000 additional per year; 2 days of overtime per month = £5,000 additional per year. Optional overtime offers more flexibility and reward.

Responsibilities
* Service and repair vehicles (including EVs) at customer-selected locations such as driveways and office car parks.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
* Diagnose and repair vehicle problems such as engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
* Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems.
* Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
* Handle payment through card transactions.
* Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 2 (or ideally Level 3) qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair (City & Guilds, IMI, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years of post‑qualification hands‑on experience with vehicles, either in a workshop or mobile vehicle role.
* Ability to work independently, make decisions on the go, and follow procedures.
* Customer‑focused approach.
* Full UK driving licence – maximum 6 points, no bans.
