We're looking for dedicated Complex Care Support Workers to join our residential team in Louth, supporting 7 people with complex learning disabilities and sensory loss. This is a permanent role with contracts available from 7 to 30 hours per week, paying from £13.00 per hour with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews.

* Experience is welcome but not essential; what matters most is the right values and attitude.
A full manual UK driving licence is mandatory as we have company vehicles used to take individuals to appointments, activities, and trips. If you live outside of Louth, you will need access to your own vehicle for early/late shifts due to limited public transport.
