Overview
As a Marketing Campaign Executive you will manage a small number of company clients. You will be responsible for managing the company's relationship with the clients and fulfilling the requirements of the contract by delivering opportunities through Marketing Campaigns to them and then being confident to pick up the phone and qualify opportunities once they are warm.
This is not a cold-calling role but once prospective buyers express an interest the Campaign Executive is expected to call and qualify the opportunity before sending it to the Client.
The Marketing Campaign Executive will oversee finding new business for our clients, researching, and assigning prospects, running email campaigns, generating opportunities and sales for our clients, some social media campaigns as well as retaining the clients under management and growing the income from the clients for OpensDoors.
You will be assigned targets for your accounts and expected to achieve them.
Responsibilities
* Generate sales & opportunities by sending targeting email campaigns on behalf of the Clients to prospective buyers and then follow-up on the phone with potentially interested buyers.
* Operate as the point of contact for assigned Clients
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with allocated accounts and Team members
* Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
* Coordinate with other staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach prospective clients.
* Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
* Keep records centrally of client activity and produce a weekly report
* Social Media – create, manage and post on behalf of Clients in a timely manner
* Report to the Marketing Campaign Team Leader and provide reports when required
