We are opening our new branch in Slough We are seeking passionate and dedicated Baristas to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
* Ensure all food safety guidelines are adhered to during food preparation and serving
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils
* Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction
* Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality
* Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
Qualifications
* Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
* Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable
* Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
* Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
