Responsibilities
:
1. Sourcing, researching and prospecting new business opportunities and follow up.
2. Accurately and efficiently entering and cleaning customer information in company database.
3. Make outgoing customer calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
4. Understanding potential clients’ business communications requirements.
5. Being able to create and manage a sales pipeline.
6. Booking an agreed number of appointments per day.
7. Reporting on sales opportunities.
8. Training development with new/existing colleagues.
9. Personal commission reporting.
10. Leading Telesales in absence of manager.
Qualifications
11. Previous proven telesales, telemarketing or IT experience would be advantageous.
12. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
13. Be self-motivated and target driven.
14. Team working.
15. Problem solving.
16. Previous Telesales Executive preferred
17. Telesales/telemarketing in the IT sector desiriable
