🎓 Your Role
As an Art Teacher at our school, you will:

Teach engaging and inspiring Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing students with opportunities to explore diverse artistic techniques and media
*
Foster both technical skill development and creative confidence in your students
*
Collaborate with a dedicated department team to plan and deliver a dynamic curriculum
*
Use assessment and feedback to guide student progress and celebrate their achievements
*
Encourage students to get involved in extracurricular activities, such as art clubs, exhibitions, and school-wide creative events
*
Create an environment where all learners feel motivated and supported to develop their artistic abilities
✅ What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Art Teacher who:
*
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has proven experience teaching Art at secondary level
*
Has a degree in Art, Fine Art, or Art & Design, with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of visual arts practice
*
Is passionate about making Art accessible and engaging for all students, and able to challenge them to reach their full potential
*
Demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
*
Is eager to contribute to a supportive, creative school community and collaborate with colleagues to drive student success
*
