Test Manager - S2P- Coupa, Oracle & Data Migration
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a major Coupa implementation, followed by integration with Oracle. This role sits within a complex transformation programme covering Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), data migration, and multi-system integration across a fast-paced telecom/retail-style environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, and governance for the Coupaimplementation.
2. Define and manage mock cycles, data reconciliation plans, testing timelines, and exit criteria.
3. Lead functional and non-functional testing across all relevant S2P processes.
4. Lead detailed testing across P2P processes, ensuring purchasing, invoicing, approvals, supplier
5. Oversee all data migration and data validation activities to ensure clean, reconciled data across systems.
6. Coordinate end-to-end testing across Coupa, Oracle, Siebel, and ServiceNow.
