Job Description for Field Sales Representatives
Salary (OTE included): £25,000-£45,000 per year
Full-time and part-time positions available.
We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Representatives. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering excellent service and selling our products to attract new customers to Virgin Media O2. No previous sales experience is required, but we look for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment.
Come rain or shine, you will meet prospective customers at their doorstep, connecting them with our innovative products and services. We provide comprehensive training upon joining to help you have meaningful conversations with customers from the start and set you up for success.
Our working hours range from 16 to 30 hours per week for part-time roles and 37.5 hours for full-time roles. Work hours are between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm when in the field.
Training
During the first 3 weeks, you must be available to attend your assigned office between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. This includes a mix of self-led learning and an in-office induction with your manager. (Part-time employees must be able to commit to this period before reverting to their usual hours).
