We’re working with a welcoming college in Harrow seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.
You’ll be supporting learners aged 16‑19 within the classroom, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. This includes assisting with lessons, providing one‑to‑one or small group support, and ensuring students feel confident and engaged in their studies.

Responsibilities:
* Provide in‑class support to learners with additional needs

* Support with note‑taking, organisation, and classroom engagement
Requirements:
* Experience supporting students in an educational setting (college or school)
* Understanding of learning difficulties and/or special educational needs (SEN)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
