OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
•AAA level 2 or equivalent
•1 year minimum at a 4/5 star Hotel and/or large reputable restaurant or at least 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef
•Food hygiene level 2
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
•Prepare and serve food as per department standard
•Ensure that all food items that are purchased are stored in the correct manner
•Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs
